Chill out eBay.* This magazine is used but in overall very good condition. It has a little surface wear and functions as it should. The spring is strong, and there is no rust or dents. The floor plate is clean and nice. These magazines often suffer from rust and finish corrosion issues, but this one is pretty nice. The magazine is used and may have minor imperfections from normal use and storage. Please take a look at the item listing photos for additional condition details. I have a Norinco 213 and test fit this magazine with dummy rounds. The gun cycled the dummy rounds without any issues. Please take a look at the item listing photos for additional condition details. Please be sure this is the correct magazine for your pistol. This will not fit all Norinco 213s. If your pistol mag has more than one witness hole on the side of the body, then it is the "wide" model. Please see item photos for all conditon details and to make sure it matches the one you need. I have a 213 and tried it. It fits well. I have also been told that this magazine will also fit a Norinco Type 54 in 7.62x25mm pistol. This I can not be sure of, though. This was made in China and is no longer imported. These are getting harder and harder to find every day. If you have a Norinco 213, I'd definitely grab a spare. I kept a couple for myself due to how hard they are to find. The magazine was tested with dummy rounds and exactly as it should. Please reach out with any questions!
