Description: For your consideration Vintage tiered fringe micro mini dress. Turquoise blue heavy satin or acetate body with long white fringe. No fastenings - fits over the head. No pockets. Fits like a modern S, could also work on XS. Pre owned, shows general wear. Overall great dress. Main flaw is that the side seam at the bottom left skirt is open. Fringe looks good but does have breaks, different lengths, and normal wear. Does have discoloration in areas. Sold as found. Has not been recently cleaned but I heat steamed.
