You’ll receive similar size tuber as pictured.General care: Corybas are probably one of the smallest terrestrial orchids in the world, also called ‘The Helmet Orchid’. They are quite stunning species, with attractive leaves and super attractive, large blooms. They go through specific growing cycle, dormant, sprouting growing one leaf, blooming, growing long fuzzy rhizome with new tuber and going dormant again. You must follow dormant cycle and provide proper care for these to thrive and survive. They are fairly easy growing if you nail culture and follow dormancy. I do grow these in enclosed plastic containers with little gravel and live sphagnum moss, tubers just sitting on the top, lid on at all times, lightly misted when moss starts to dry out. Grows best under intermediate conditions but can take cool and even warm, bright shade is the best, constant high humidity especially when starting to bloom. Perfect for terrariums, glass orbs, vivariums, greenhouse growing or outside in proper zones. Very easy to keep happy in soup plastic containers with lids.
